Mr. Boadu has over 10 years’ working experience in Land Administration and Management, Corporate real estate and Valuation. Yaw works on legal due diligence audits, Recoveries, offers advice on licensing and regulatory issues, drafts/reviews legal documents, offers legal opinions, and assists with perfecting transaction documents on various subject matters, assists with registration of Immovable property rights and issues advice on Property Acquisition.
Yaw has worked on several transactions for clients from diverse discipline such as ADB, Zoomlion, Omnibsic, PWC, Waste Landfills. Yaw has keen interest in Energy Law, Land Law and FINTECH.
Yaw holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economy and Master of Science Degree in Economics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Central University College. Mr. Yaw Boadu is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, Ghana Institution of Surveyors and Ghana Auctioneers Association.
