Josephine Dodd-Gyan
Josephine Dodd-Gyan is a Senior Associate at Awoonor Law Consultancy and an industrious legal and corporate governance professional with over 12 years’ experience in private practice and in-house roles. Josephine has worked in various capacities with organizations such as Cenpower Generation Company Limited, Gold Coast Refinery Limited and Ciments de l’Afrique Ghana Limited. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, Chartered Governance Institute UK, Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners and the Institute of Directors.
Josephine obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (Bar Vocational Course) from the City University of London in 2009 and 2010 respectively. Upon completion of her legal education in the UK, she was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in July 2010. She also successfully completed the Post Call law course at the Ghana School of Law and was called to the Bar in Ghana in 2011. Josephine holds a Master of Laws degree in Legal Practice from the Nottingham Trent University, UK.
