Fred the Principal of the firm, holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the prestigious University of Ghana and was admitted to the Ghana Bar in 1995. He obtained his Masters of Law and International Business degrees from the Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, Germany and the Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar, Germany where he studied as a Zeit scholar.
Mr. Fred Dotse is also a holder of the Master of Business Administration (Finance option) degree awarded by the University of Leicester, UK and pursued a certificate course in banking at the National Banking College in Accra, Ghana. Fred recently pursued the Master of Law degree in Financial Market Laws and Regulation at the University of Ghana School of Law. Mr. Fred Dotse is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration London and a Notary Public of Ghana.
Mr. Dotse has over 30 years experience in several areas of law including corporate and investment law, banking and finance law, international business law, securities law, corporate governance, corporate finance, real estate law, mergers & acquisition, international trade law and international arbitration, among others which he gained from his employment with R.S Agbenoto & Associates, GCB Bank PLC, United Nations Compensation Commission (Switzerland), United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees (South Sudan and Liberia) the German African Business Development GmBh, (Afrika-Verein) Hamburg, Germany and Legal and Financial Associates (Ghana).
